Gran Kriegel currently works with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) under an ongoing term contract to provide architectural and engineering services for DASNY projects on Long Island and throughout New York City.
Services provided to DASNY include:
- Designs for renovations and additions
- Site visits and evaluations
- Preparing scope documents and budget estimates
- Submitting documents to DASNY for compliance review
- Assisting in the bid process and evaluating contractor proposals
