Gran Kriegel is designing 95 units of supportive and affordable housing for Xenolith Partners at 1546 East New York Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The project includes 5,000 SF of ground-floor community facility space that will be operated by Family Services of New York to offer health services to the public.
Of the total units, 60% will be supportive with wrap-around services provided by FSNNY for those with Severe Mental Illness (SMI), Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and HIV/AIDS. The balance of the units will be set aside for households earning 40-80% of the area median income (AMI).
