This unique and celebrated public building is designated as an historic landmark. The current phase includes a new protective skylight and refurbishment of the existing leaded glass skylight. Nine landmark warehouses were reconstructed and converted into 80 units of housing with ground floor retail space. Soldiers and Sailors Monument

Miscellaneous exterior and interior renovation to this Grand Army Plaza landmark. Spiral stairs on either side of the arch provide access for visitors and maintenance personnel to reach the roof. Visitor access is improved, parapet and roofing waterproofed, and interiors refinished. Structural supports for the rooftop sculpture are reinforced.
