This new 62-unit project was designed for the Lantern Organization, a not-for-profit operator of transitional housing. In addition to the apartments, the residence contains a penthouse with outdoor space, common kitchen, dining room and laundry room with social services on the ground floor and basement level. The site provides for a large, landscaped rear yard. The project follows LEED guidelines with an emphasis on sustainable design solutions in the selection of building materials and MEP systems.
