US Coast Guard 5-Year IDIQ Term Contract

Capital Improvement Projects Throughout Sector 1 Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States

Under a 5-year term contract with the United States Coast Guard, Gran Kriegel Associates provides ongoing design services for facilities throughout District 1, or the northeastern states of: New York, northern New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Projects under this term contract have include:

• Coast Guard Academy: capital repairs on Yeaton Hall, Pine Hall, and Roland Hall
• Coast Guard Academy: Smith Hall renovations
• Numerous task orders at historic Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island, including HVAC diagnosis and repair, code compliance and occupancy study, demolition project, architectural upgrades
• Marine fueling upgrades at USCG Sector Long Island Sound
• Air Traffic Control Tower repairs, Bourne, MA
• Shore Infrastructure Logistics Command repairs, Fire Island, NY
